Opening of Business Development and Account Manager (IT Staffing) for Mumbai(Malad) Location

Job Place

At least 3 years as BDM in recruitment/staffing services. Responsible for generating business for services like Contractual staffing and Permanent hiring. Target and contact prospects though email, cold call, social media etc and generate Leads. Create proposals, sign contracts/agreements, procure orders. Negotiate and finalize deals with existing and prospective clients. Mine existing accounts to deepen relationships and generate more revenue. Arrange and attend meetings with leads and clients for sales conversion. Understand company's goals and developing strong and robust strategies for new business development and exploring and monitoring market trends to identify fresh business opportunities . Manage team to execute campaigns and convert leads .Generate and present daily, weekly, monthly reports in review meetings. Consistently achieve sales target in line with company's overall strategy. Manage recruitment delivery team to deliver optimum services to clients. Identify potential risks in business accounts and device solution to mitigate.
