Opening for Sales Manager for Mumbai(Mahim) Location

Any PG Any/MBA Minimum 6-8 Years (1- 3 Year Experience in Corporate Gifting Industry) .As Sales Manager you are mainly responsible for your team achieving the agreed monthly, quarterly and annual targets. Planning sales strategies for your team and coordinating with BDM . Organize daily huddles with your teams. Prepare a valuable sales pitch that can assist your team in increasing sales. Visiting Clients along with your team members at least once in a week or whenever required. Checking all quotations before being sent to Clients for correctness. Coordinating with Purchase department for gifting items or Production head for core products for samples and order requirements. Follow up with Sales team and monitor individual and collective sales performance. Updating Inquiry and Order status form daily and emailing to Accounts department. Authorising the order form prepared by your team for sample requirement. Authorising the order form prepared by your team, once firm order is received from Client. Achieving Sales targets individual and team, as agreed with the Company. Ensure payments are collected on schedule and outstanding payments are at a manageable level. Preparing daily reports.
