Excellent telephone manner .Answer telephone calls & give information to callers, take messages and transfer calls to appropriate individuals.Set up and manage paper and electronic filing systems & recording information.Dealing with all enquiries and resolving any problems over the phone or in person.Maintaining the high presentation standard of the reception area.Should be good in communication (English, Hindi) & presentable. Should be Computer Savvy.
