Atleast 7-8 years of business development experience; last 6 years in the BPO/KPO/LPO industry .Strong experience in end-to-end sales cycle in US market.Proven sales track record with a minimum of US $ 250,000 annual target from US clients. Strong Functional/Domain experience in Data Processing, Market Research outsourcing, Lead Generation/Sales Support Process outsourcing, Designing & Web Development/ other IT Services/Non-voice BPO services.Established network and contacts in the industry. Strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset.Experience and expertise in effectively using CRM tools such as Salesforce, ZOHO, etc. Should be a individual contributor. Willing to work in US shift. Lead generation and responding to RFPs/ tenders Managing the entire sales life cycle, starting from prospecting through closure. Farm existing accounts. Achieving the revenue targets.Actively engage in social media marketing.
