Our Client a Leading IT Service provider company. Its looking out HR Executive. Should have minimum 2 years of experience in to same profile. Recruitment and selection, Planning and forecasting the resource requirements in consultation with process team, Understanding the true business requirements & targets and matching the suitable candidates, Familiarizing the new joiner with the company policies and procedures - Create and Maintain an Employee Handbook. Maintain and update the organization reporting structure. Ensure staff discipline, supervision of staff attitude and attire. Assist in framing and revising policies and procedures. Initiate & facilitate the training process in the organization with regard to training need analysis. Liasoning with govt. authorities. / Responsible for the statutory compliances. Payroll and attendance system. Support to various groups functioning in the company. Reward Management. Grievance Handling. Induction Planning and Employee Orientation. Performance appraisal implementation. Competency Mapping and profile generation /setting up the scope and Job responsibilities for all level of employees. Knowledge of ISO documentation will be preferred. Exit Management including relieving formalities, final settlement computation, ensure creation of a really professional organization, exit Interview etc. Admin work.
