Our Client, a leading Company is looking out for Sales Coordinator. Should be Diploma / Graduate having Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales Coordination. Will be responsible for Attending calls & outbound process. Call to school classes & individual clients Generate appointments Answer calls and respond to emails Handle customer inquiries both telephonically Complete call logs Produce call reports Follow up customer calls where necessary Manage and resolve customer complaints Maintain customer/potential customer data bases Proficiency in Ms Office Excellent communication skills in English is Mandatory.
